General Indemnity

While every care has been taken by African Kingdom Guesthouse to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, African Kingdom Guest House and the owners do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest and their visitors.

 

Valuables 

African Kingdom Guesthouse or the owners do not accept any liability for the loss of or damage to any valuables or property belonging to the guests or their visitors. It is therefore the sole responsibility of guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at African Kingdom Guesthouse. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops, or other electronic devices, jewelry, cash and vehicles.

 

Loss or Damage to African Kingdom Guest house

Should African Kingdom Guesthouse suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

 

Minors

Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s), or the person or person(s) in whose care they are whilst at African Kingdom Guesthouse or whilst using its facilities.

 

Smoking 

For the comfort of our guests, African Kingdom Guesthouse is a strictly non-smoking accommodation on establishment except for outside guest areas

 

Right of Admission Reserved

African Kingdom Guesthouse at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights

 

Cancellation Policy

Our guesthouse is listed on several online booking platforms, as a result we are constantly juggling bookings from all over the world and nation, closing and opening rooms depending on availability. Once you book and pay for a room, we close this room on all other platforms, reserving it for your exclusive use. Our cancellation policy reflects this reality- once the room is booked it is yours and closed to all others for your stated dates. 

 

At African Kingdom Guesthouse there is free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in. You will get a full refund. 

At African Kingdom Guesthouse there is NO CANCELLATION after you have CHECKED IN. There will be NO REFUND.
